The LS3/5A Classic 15 Ohm is an alternate-impedance version of Rogers' famed BBC monitor reissue, originally offered to better suit certain amplifier pairings, particularly lower-powered tube amps. Sonically it shares the same intimate, midrange-forward character prized in the standard model, just with a different electrical load that changes how it interacts with the driving amplifier.
